黄晓明

历史哲学、政治科学与国际关系学教授,国际关系学博士,新西兰惠灵顿维多利亚大学教授。

个人经历:

  黄教授分别于1983年和1986年获北京大学国际政治学专业学士学位和国际关系专业硕士学位,于1993年获南加州大学(洛杉矶)国际关系专业博士学位,并于1997年起,任教于维多利亚大学。在任教于维多利亚大学之前,黄教授曾在南加州大学(洛杉矶)、西南研究中心(檀香山)、联合国大学(东京)、伍德罗威尔逊国际学者研究中心(华盛顿)、国际问题研究中心/太平洋国际政策委员会(洛杉矶)、坦佩雷大学(芬兰)、特隆赫姆大学(挪威)和匹兹堡大学担任过教学和研究工作。

研究方向:

  在黄教授学术生涯的初期,他的研究方向就是在不同的体制下,政治和经济变化的模式以及我们如何理解它们和如何向跨越疆界、民族和文化的人们阐述它们。这使得其日后的研究和著作包括诸如中国伟大转型的体制动态、东亚发展的体制竞争力、当代政治变化的文化和体制动态学以及国际关系研究中的本体论和认识论问题等话题。他现阶段的研究项目是考察中国体制动态学的当代发展。
