On November 11, 2017, China open and development forum, sponsored by the international institute of trade and economic cooperation of the national high-end think tank, was successfully held in Beijing. More than 300 experts and scholars from the Ministry of Commerce, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Beijing Municipal Government and the United Nations Development Program attended the meeting. Most of them were renowned as think tanks at home and abroad. Dean of the Institute of International Economic(IIE), professor Baichuan Sang was invited to attend and delivered a keynote speech, entitled From a Major Trading Nation to a Strong Trade Power.
