  From August 20 to 22, 2019,the 11th United Nations Global CompactChina-Japan-Korea (CJK) Roundtable hosted by the United Nations Global CompactNetwork China (GCNC) was held as scheduled in Jinan, Shandong.Hongren Zhu, Chairman of the Global Compact China Network, Tsuneo Oba, Chairman of the Japanese Network, Li Dongjian, Chairman of the Korean Network, Liu Meng, General Representative of the Global Compact Asia-Pacific Region, Yu Wu, Vice Chairman of the China Enterprise Confederation, and business people, college professors and about 150 students from three countryparticipated in the forum.With the support of the United Nations Global Compact China Network, Ms. Li Li, an expert in the field of corporate social responsibility and sustainable development of our school, was invited as the instructor of the youth project team. Later in the corporate forum session, outstanding companies from China, Japan and South Korea were selected from "Enterprises Contributing to the Realization of Regional Sustainable Development Goals", "Helping to Achieve Sustainable Development Goals through Technological Innovation" and "Responding to the Challenges of Climate Change and Realizing Regional Sustainable Development Goals" Sharing from three perspectives, Ryosuke Mizouchi, Senior Executive Officer of Kylin Holdings Co., Ltd., Ryu Woong Hwan, Executive Vice President of SV Innovation Center of SK Telecom, South Korea, Xu Ke, Vice President of Yili Group, and Pan Guofeng, General Manager of Yuanda Group Shandong, etc. did a wonderful job on behalf of the company. share it. This year’s youth round table focused on “how companies can play a greater role in protecting and promoting biodiversity”. Youth representatives from China, Japan and South Korea gathered to share and discuss the concept of sustainable development and how to protect biodiversity. problem. In the last youth forum on the 21st, on how companies promote and protect biodiversity, the youths of China, Japan and South Korea were divided into three thematic groups in the form of mixed groups, and the previous research and business case analysis were displayed. All three graduate students in our school have systematically taken the course "Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development", mastered the relevant knowledge of sustainable development, and made full preparations before the conference, and participated in the on-site discussion deeply. As the instructor of the youth team, Ms. Li gave careful guidance to the students before the meeting, and made wonderful comments after the meeting to help the youth roundtable. By participating in this forum, the students had more in-depth exchanges with outstanding international youth representatives, further broadened their horizons, exercised their abilities, inspired enthusiasm for sustainable development, biodiversity conservation, and achieved great success.
